What this is

find similar counts how many live Etsy listings are comparable to one you paste in, re-checks it daily, and tells you when it sells — with whatever is nearest that still exists. It is free: no paid tier, no subscription, no advertising. It is not a shop and takes no payment; every purchase happens on Etsy, between you and the seller.

The number is a count, not advice

Nothing here is a recommendation, a valuation, or a reason to buy. The figure is how many current listings share at least two tags with yours at a comparable price. It says nothing about quality, about whether either thing is worth the money, or about whether the seller is any good. The exact rule.

Tags are typed by sellers and are frequently wrong, sparse or optimistic, so two listings the app calls comparable may not be, and two it does not may be. Prices and availability are what Etsy returned when the check ran, up to a day ago. No warranty is given that any of it is accurate, current or fit for any purpose, and no liability is accepted for a purchase made or missed on the strength of it.

Your account

• You are responsible for the Google account you sign in with and for keeping access to it.
• You may delete everything at any time from the account page, which erases it immediately. See What is held.

Availability

This is a small service run by one developer. It may be unavailable, may miss a daily check, and may be discontinued — in which case you will be told at the address on the account and the stored data will be deleted. No uptime is promised. A missed message is not compensable, and the absence of one is never evidence that something is still for sale.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reach another person’s list, disrupt the service, or use it in a way that breaches Etsy’s own terms. Accounts doing any of these may be closed without notice.

Etsy

find similar uses the Etsy Open API under Etsy’s API Terms of Use, reading public listing data only. It is an independent application: not made by Etsy, not endorsed by Etsy, not certified by Etsy, and not affiliated with Etsy. Listings, sellers, tags, prices and purchases are governed by Etsy’s terms, not by these. Access to Etsy data may be changed or withdrawn at any time, which would stop this service working.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be sent to the address on the account. Continuing to use the service after a change is acceptance of it.
